Our Company Objectives
We exist to contribute to the building and growing of economies through our multi sector business involvement. We do this by procuring construction projects and other business deals at competitive charges, and execute them within satisfactory time frames.
The following are our long term objectives in Zambia:
1. To supplement government’s efforts towards reaching its development goals in the construction sector ,i.e., (I) Construction of district infrastructure to support the policy of decentralization of systems of governance. (II) Construction of roads through out the country to create linkages and make rural areas more accessible for economic development.
2. To expand our operations to other parts of the world by prudently reinvesting our Return On Investment(ROI) and other forms of capital into our company.
3. To increase our market share by at least 60% within a period of ten years from the year 2020. We intend to achieve this by (I) Heavily investing in our marketing and branding programs. (II) Contracting our business deals at competitive charges, and yet maintaining quality of delivery.
4. To increase or operational capacity by, (I) Acquiring and maintaining more equipment. (II) Taping into the modern technology and skills of the outside world with much emphasis on skills transfer.
5. To invest in, and incorporate environmental friendly mechanisms in all our operations in order to contribute to the global fight against climate change.
6. To significantly increase and stabilize our contributions to the value chains.
7. We invest 50% funds in building for business and clients pay in installments.
